Mr. Gillmore is President and Chief Executive Officer of Gear Energy Ltd. He previously held the position of VP Engineering at ARC Energy Trust. Ingram had been at ARC since 2002, in positions of increasing responsibility. He has 27 years of industry experience. Mr. Gillmore has also held positions with Talisman Energy and Gulf Canada Resources. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Chemical engineering from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. Mr. Gillmore currently sits as an Independent Director of Astra Oil Corp.
Mr. Hwang is the Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Gear Energy Ltd. Mr. Hwang has 20 years of industry experience. He was previously Controller at ARC Resources and had been at ARC since 2004, holding positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of accounting, finance and tax. Prior to ARC, Mr. Hwang was at EnCana in the International Division and at Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Hwang is a Chartered Accountant, graduating from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
Mr. Kaluski is the Vice President, Operations of Gear Energy Ltd. Mr. Kaluski was most recently the Manager of Operations for Questerre Energy Corporation where he helped develop corporate strategies and ensured that company operations were performed in a cost effective, safe and efficient manner. He has over 24 years of diversified industry experience including positions with Richmount Petroleum, and ARC Energy Trust. Mr. Kaluski started his career at Beau Canada Exploration working their heavy oil properties in the Lloydminster area. He has a Diploma in Petroleum Engineering Technology from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and is a member of ASET and APEGA.
Mr. Chretien is Vice President, Land of Gear Energy Ltd. He previously held the position of Vice-President, Land at ARC Resources Ltd. Mr. Chretien had been at ARC since 2001, holding positions of increasing responsibility. He has 28 years of industry experience, including positions with Amoco Canada, Canadian Natural Resources and Startech Energy. Mr. Chretien holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance and Petroleum Land Management from the University of Calgary.
Mr. Dozzi is Vice President, Engineering of Gear Energy Ltd. He previously held the position of Vice President, Business Development at Rock Energy Inc. Bryan has over 30 years of industry experience, including positions of increasing responsibility with Norcen Energy, Anadarko Canada, Encana Corp. and Enerplus Resources Fund. He holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Queen’s University and an MBA from the University of Calgary. Mr. Dozzi is currently registered as a professional engineer in Alberta and Saskatchewan.
Mr. Ressler is the Vice President, Exploration of Gear Energy Ltd. Mr. Ressler was recently promoted from Geology Manager for Gear Energy Ltd. and was previously a Senior Geologist with Canadian Natural Resources Ltd. He was previously responsible for finding and developing conventional heavy and light oil plays throughout the Western Canadian Basin and has over 12 years of industry experience. Mr. Ressler graduated from the University of Calgary with a B.Sc. Geology (Hons.) in 2005 and is a member of APEGA.
