Mr. Gray is the Chairman of Gear Energy Ltd. and is a Co-Founder and former President and Chief Executive Officer of Peyto Exploration & Development Corp. Mr. Gray is also Chairman and co-founder of Petrus Resources Ltd. Mr. Gray holds a B.Sc. in petroleum engineering from Texas A&M University and has over 30 years experience in the Canadian oil and gas business in various capacities. Mr. Gray co-founded Peyto in 1998 and efficiently grew production from zero to greater than 24,000 boe/day. Mr. Gray was selected by Ernst & Young as the Canadian Energy Trust Entrepreneur of the Year in 2004. He continues to serve as Chairman of Peyto and remains one of Peyto's largest individual shareholders.

Mr. English is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience, most recently as a senior partner at Deloitte LLP. He is a former Professional Practice Director for Deloitte LLP’s audit division in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, and spent the majority of his professional career on the audit and reporting of large public companies, primarily in energy and energy-related industries. In the past, Mr. English has served on the Alberta Securities Commission’s Financial Advisory Committee, as well as Treasurer for the S.A. Opera Development Foundation, The Calgary Opera Association and the Calgary branch of the Canadian Cancer Society. He brings with him considerable practical knowledge of public company financial reporting and regulatory requirements. Mr. English graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland in 1976 and is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Mr. Bay was previously a director of Gear from 2013 through 2016. Mr. Bay is a Managing Partner of Cypress Capital Management (founding partner) and brings with him over 28 years of experience in the investment industry with emphasis on the oil and gas sector. Mr. Bay previously served as an Independent Director of Mullen Group Ltd. for 15 years and currently serves as an Independent Director of New Stratus Energy, White Owl Energy Services Inc. and Broadview Energy Ltd. Mr. Bay obtained his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1988 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Brigham Young University.

Ms. Wyma has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. During a 20 year career at Talisman Energy Inc., she held positions of increasing responsibility, ultimately assuming the position of Vice President of Business Development for North America from 2011-2015. She previously held positions with AJM Petroleum Consultants, Encor Energy and the National Energy Board. Ms. Wyma holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan.

Mr. Robinson has a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and has been a petroleum engineer for over 38 years. Mr. Robinson brings a broad range of technical and business leadership experience to Gear including an extensive background in both Reservoir and Operations Engineering as well as exposure to multiple producing basins in Canada and the United States. Mr. Robinson most recently held the role of Executive Vice President Operations and Chief Operating Officer of Peyto Exploration and Development Corp. from 2006 to 2018.

Mr. Wang is the Managing Partner and Founder of Twin Peaks Capital LLC and founder of HFI Research. Mr. Wang has his Chartered Financial Analyst designation and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Hawaii.

Mr. Gillmore is President and Chief Executive Officer of Gear Energy Ltd. He previously held the
position of VP Engineering at ARC Resources. He has over 30 years of industry experience.
Mr. Gillmore has also held positions with Talisman Energy and Gulf Canada Resources. He holds a
B.Sc. degree in Chemical engineering from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Fine Arts
degree. Mr. Gillmore previously served as an Independent Director of Astra Oil Corp. and
currently serves as an Independent Director of Astara Energy Corp.
