Mr. Gray is a Director of Gear Energy Ltd. and is a Co-Founder and former President and Chief Executive Officer of Peyto Exploration & Development Corp. Mr. Gray is also Chairman and co-founder of Petrus Resources Ltd. Mr. Gray holds a B.Sc. in petroleum engineering from Texas A&M University and has over 30 years experience in the Canadian oil and gas business in various capacities. Mr. Gray co-founded Peyto in 1998 and efficiently grew production from zero to greater than 24,000 boe/day. Mr. Gray was selected by Ernst & Young as the Canadian Energy Trust Entrepreneur of the Year in 2004. He continues to serve as Chairman of Peyto and remains one of Peyto's largest individual shareholders.

Ms. Turgeon has over 25 years of experience in accounting and finance in the oil and gas industry and since 2007 has been Chief Financial Officer of Peyto Exploration & Development Corp. Ms. Turgeon joined Peyto as Controller in 2004 and was appointed VP Finance in 2006. Prior to joining Peyto, Ms. Turgeon served as Associate Director, Finance with the Department of Campus Infrastructure and as Internal Auditor for the University of Calgary. Ms. Turgeon currently serves on the Board of Directors of Prairie Provident Resources Inc. where she is Chair of the ESG and Compensation Committees. Previously, Ms. Turgeon served as a director of Peyto and of Granite Oil Corp. Ms. Turgeon has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Calgary and has her CPA-CA designation from the Institute of Certified Professional Accountants of Alberta.

Mr. Bay was previously a director of Gear from 2013 through 2016. Mr. Bay is a Founding Partner of Cypress Capital Management and brings with him over 28 years of experience in the investment industry with emphasis on the oil and gas sector. Mr. Bay previously served as an Independent Director of Mullen Group Ltd. for 15 years and currently serves as an Independent Director of New Stratus Energy, White Owl Energy Services Inc. and Broadview Energy Ltd. Mr. Bay obtained his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1988 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Brigham Young University.

Ms. Wyma has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. During a 20 year career at Talisman Energy Inc., she held positions of increasing responsibility, ultimately assuming the position of Vice President of Business Development for North America from 2011-2015. She previously held positions with AJM Petroleum Consultants, Encor Energy and the National Energy Board. Ms. Wyma holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan.

Mr. Robinson is Chairman of Gear Energy Ltd. and has a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and has been a petroleum engineer for over 38 years. Mr. Robinson brings a broad range of technical and business leadership experience to Gear including an extensive background in both Reservoir and Operations Engineering as well as exposure to multiple producing basins in Canada and the United States. Mr. Robinson most recently held the role of Executive Vice President Operations and Chief Operating Officer of Peyto Exploration and Development Corp. from 2006 to 2018.

Mr. Wang is the Managing Partner and Founder of Twin Peaks Capital LLC and founder of HFI Research. Mr. Wang has his Chartered Financial Analyst designation and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Hawaii.

Mr. Johnson is President and Chief Executive Officer of Gear Energy Ltd and a Professional Engineer with close to 20 years of industry experience in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. Mr. Johnson has been instrumental in resource opportunity identification and exploitation in past roles, executing play entry strategies to build significant company value. Most recently, Mr. Johnson served as the Vice-President, Engineering of Artis Exploration Ltd. a private equity backed oil and gas company with assets focused in the East Basin of the Duvernay light oil resource play. Prior to Artis, Mr. Johnson served in progressively more senior positions with a variety of companies including Vermilion Energy Inc., Kereco Energy Ltd. and Ketch Resources Ltd. Mr. Johnson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Oil and Gas Engineering from the University of Calgary and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta.
