Mr. Gray is the Chairman of Gear Energy Ltd. and is a Co-Founder and former President and Chief Executive Officer of Peyto Energy Trust. Mr. Gray is also Chairman and co-founder of Petrus Resources Ltd. and Chairman of eIQ Capital Corp., a private investment company. Mr. Gray holds a B.Sc. in petroleum engineering from Texas A&M University and has over 25 years experience in the Canadian oil and gas business in various capacities. Mr. Gray co-founded Peyto in 1998 and efficiently grew production from zero to greater than 24,000 boe/day. Mr. Gray was selected by Ernst & Young as the Canadian Energy Trust Entrepreneur of the Year in 2004. He continues to serve as Chairman of Peyto and remains one of Peyto's largest individual shareholders.
Mr. Cej is an oil and gas executive with experience in all aspects of the integrated oil and gas business at operating, executive and board levels. He is currently a private businessman. His primary oil and gas experience was gained through a 26 year career with Shell Canada Ltd., culminating with senior executive responsibility for all of Shell’s upstream activities. Subsequent experience included executive and board positions with companies conducting oil and gas activities in Central Asia and Africa, and later with emerging oil sands companies. He has also served as an independent director on several Boards, including First Calgary Petroleum Ltd., Canada Southern Petroleum Ltd., Brooklyn Energy and Geocan Energy. Mr. Cej is a registered professional Engineer in Ontario and Alberta and holds a B.Eng. Chem.Eng. (Royal Military College) and M.Sc. Chem.Eng. (California Institute of Technology).
Mr. English is a Chartered Accountant with over 37 years of experience, most recently as a senior partner at Deloitte LLP. He is a former Professional Practice Director for Deloitte LLP’s audit division in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, and spent the majority of his professional career on the audit and reporting of large public companies, primarily in energy and energy-related industries. In the past, Mr. English has served on the Alberta Securities Commission’s Financial Advisory Committee, as well as Treasurer for the S.A. Opera Development Foundation, The Calgary Opera Association and the Calgary branch of the Canadian Cancer Society. He brings with him considerable practical knowledge of public company financial reporting and regulatory requirements. Mr. English graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland in 1976 and is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Mr. Olson is the President of Kyklopes Capital Management Ltd. and a director of Raging River. Prior thereto, Mr. Olson was a Portfolio Manager with Energy X Equity Inc. from 2001 to 2011. Mr. Olson was the Vice President, Corporate Development of Northrock Resources Ltd. from 2000 to 2001. From 1993 to 1999, Mr. Olson worked with FirstEnergy Capital Corp. as Vice President, Corporate Finance.
Mr. O’Connell is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Davis-Rea Ltd., an investment management company. Prior thereto, Mr. O’Connell was a Vice President, Director and portfolio manager with the Harbour Group at RBC Dominion Securities, an investment management company, from June 1986 to November 2010.
Mr. Gillmore is President and Chief Executive Officer of Gear Energy Ltd. He previously held the position of VP, Engineering at ARC Energy Trust. Ingram had been at ARC since 2002, in positions of increasing responsibility. He has 27 years of industry experience. Mr. Gillmore has also held positions with Talisman Energy and Gulf Canada Resources. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Chemical engineering from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. Mr. Gillmore currently sits as an Independent Director of Astra Oil Corp.
